Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Gathered & Made Craft Club. These Craft Club Terms & Conditions outline the booking requirements, attendance policies, cancellations, refunds, and membership rules specific to our after‑school Craft Club program for grades 5–8. By booking a Craft Club session, you agree to the policies below in addition to our general Terms of Service.

 

Attendance & Responsibility

• Craft Club is a come‑and‑go environment between 3:00–5:00 PM.

• Gathered & Made is not responsible for children who do not arrive, who leave early, or who choose not to participate.

• Parents/guardians are responsible for transportation and pickup by 5:00 PM.

 

Food & Snacks

• Gathered & Made does not serve food.

• Participants may bring a snack and eat only in the designated snack area.

 

Studio Conduct

• Craft Club is a phone‑free space.

• Participants must follow all safety instructions.

• Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the session without refund.

 

Booking Policy

• All Craft Club sessions must be booked online through our booking calendar.

• Families may book multiple dates in a single checkout.

• Daily booking is required for every session, regardless of membership or session pack status.

• Booking closes at 10:00 AM on the day of attendance.

• Each session is capped at 10 participants. Once full, the date will no longer appear as available.

• Drop‑ins, memberships, and session packs all require booking.

 

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made before 10:00 AM on the day of the session.

• Sessions canceled after 10:00 AM are forfeited.

• No refunds or credits are issued for missed sessions, late arrivals, or early departures.

• If Gathered & Made cancels a session due to weather, staffing, or emergency, a credit will be issued for that session. Credits do not convert to cash refunds.

 

Refund Policy

• No refunds are issued for missed sessions, late cancellations, unused membership sessions, or session packs.

• Credits are only issued when Gathered & Made cancels a session.

• Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to other programs.

 

Membership Terms

• Memberships renew monthly and include a set number of sessions per billing cycle.

• Unused sessions do not roll over to the next month.

• Memberships may be canceled at any time but remain active through the end of the current billing period.

• No partial refunds are issued for unused sessions.

 

Membership Options

• 1 Day/Week Membership — $85/month

• 3 Days/Week Membership — $165/month

• Unlimited Membership — $195/month

 

Session Pack Terms

• Monthly session packs include 10 visits for $150.

• Session packs expire at the end of each month.

• Unused visits do not roll over and are non‑refundable.

 

Drop‑In Terms

• Drop‑ins are $25 per session.

• Must be booked by 10:00 AM the same day.

• No refunds for missed or canceled drop‑ins after the cutoff.​
