About the event
Some evenings are meant for good food, good company, and learning something new — and this one delivers all three. Join us for a hands-on culinary experience where you’ll make two delicious Korean dishes from scratch, sip thoughtfully selected wines, and enjoy a night out that feels warm, social, and a little indulgent.
Guided by beloved instructor Janet (Jakyung) Harn, you’ll begin with a live demonstration of how to prepare a flavorful pork dumpling filling. Then it’s your turn: fold your own dumplings using classic techniques that are fun, tactile, and surprisingly easy to master. While your dumplings steam, Janet will teach you how to make bright, refreshing bibim noodles, complete with your choice of spicy or non-spicy sauce.
