About the event
Daily Drop-in (Tuesday) of a 5‑Day • Half‑Day Camp • 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM • Grades 1–4
Give your child a vibrant, hands‑on week of creativity and cultural exploration! In this 5‑day, half‑day camp, students will explore the language, art, and cultures of Mexico and Spain through engaging projects, music, games, and creative activities. No prior Spanish experience is required — just curiosity and a love of making things.
Each day blends artmaking with simple Spanish vocabulary, storytelling, and cultural traditions. Some sample projects may include Frida Kahlo self portraits, Diego Rivera cut out murals, geometric shape paintings and surrealism dreamscapes. Campers will experience creating papel picado, paint traditional patterns, build mini sculptures, learn songs, or play movement‑based games inspired by Spanish‑speaking cultures.
Our small group size ensures every child gets support, encouragement, and space to create confidently.
