Tile & Treasure: Polymer Clay Mosaic Box

In this workshop, we will begin by creating a variety of polymer clay tile shapes. Each tile will be stamped, painted, powdered, embellished, and cut—transforming simple clay into personalized mini works of art.

Once a collection of tiles has been created, they will be baked in a toaster oven to harden and set. While the tiles cure, you’ll paint and prepare your wooden box, getting it ready for the mosaic design.

Finally, you’ll arrange and adhere your handcrafted tiles to the box surface, exploring composition and design principles as your unique piece comes to life.
