2. Class Registration & Payment

• All classes must be registered for and paid in advance through our website.

• Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change at any time.

• Your spot in a class is not guaranteed until payment is received.

 

3. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the class start date may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the class start date are non-refundable.

• You may request to reschedule to another available class if space permits.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another class.

 

4. Materials & Supplies

• Class fees may or may not include materials; this will be clearly stated in each class description.

• If you bring your own materials, you are responsible for ensuring they are safe and appropriate for the class.

 

5. Health & Safety

• Participants agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the instructor.

• We are not responsible for injuries resulting from improper use of tools, materials, or equipment.

• If you have allergies or sensitivities to certain materials, please notify us in advance.

 

6. Intellectual Property

• All class content—including instructions, patterns, videos, and handouts—is the intellectual property of Gathered & Made or the respective instructor.

• You may use class materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

• Reproduction, distribution, or teaching the same material without permission is prohibited.

 

7. User Accounts

If you create an account on our website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.

• Keep your login credentials secure.

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
