Refund Policy

At Gathered & Made, we strive to provide a fun, creative, and memorable experience for all guests. Because our classes and events require advance preparation, materials, and staffing, the following refund policy applies to all bookings.
1. General Class Refunds (Public Classes)
By Customer

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the class start date may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the class start date are non-refundable.

You may request to reschedule to another available class if space permits.

Guests who do not attend a class without prior notice will not receive a refund or credit.
By Gathered & Made

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to low enrollment, instructor illness, inclement weather or circumstances beyond our control.

In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another class.

We are not responsible for travel expenses or other associated costs.
2. Private Parties & Group Events (Onsite)
Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to reserve your event date and time.

The deposit will be applied to the final balance.
Cancellations

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event: deposit is forfeited, but no additional fees apply.

Cancellations made less than14 days before the event: full event payment is due.
Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule at least 14 days in advance, we will transfer your deposit to a new date (subject to availability).

Rescheduling within 14 days may incur a rescheduling fee of $500.
3. Offsite Events (Hosted at Client Locations or External Spaces)
Deposits

Offsite events require a non-refundable deposit of 25%, due at booking.

Additional travel or setup fees may apply and will be disclosed at the time of booking.
Cancellations

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event: deposit is forfeited, but no additional fees apply.

Cancellations made less than14 days before the event: full event payment is due.
Rescheduling

Events may be rescheduled at least 14 days in advance without penalty (subject to availability).

Rescheduling within 14 days may incur a rescheduling or rebooking fee of $500.
4. Weather-Related Cancellations
If severe weather makes it unsafe to host or travel to an event:

We will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.

If rescheduling is not possible, a credit may be issued at our discretion.

Refunds may not apply if materials were already purchased or prepared.
5. Custom or Personalized Projects
For classes or events involving custom-prepared or personalized materials:

No refunds will be issued once materials have been ordered or production has begun.

Credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
6. Late Arrivals
We do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but:

The class or event may continue as scheduled.

No refund or credits will be provided for missed instruction time.
7. Gift Cards & Credits

Gift cards and class credits are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless required by law.

Credits typically expire 12 months after issuance unless otherwise stated.
